Our client is an international company with over 10 years of experience launching successful ideas, they currently have a portfolio of 3 successful social networking and online dating websites. These applications have been featured in CNN, ABC, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and Forbes.

About the Role

•  Provide hands-on technical and functional input in the area of continuous testing, monitoring, and continuous delivery across multiple products
•  Design and implement QA strategy based on Automation first approach
•  Provide management reporting on QA metrics and KPIs to ensure QA goals are met
•  Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of QA Engineers and Manual Testers
•  Analyze and lead discussions related to software quality with engineering leaders, product owners and other stakeholders
•  Design and Run quality processes (such as performing technical root cause analysis and outlining corrective action for given problems), measure and take corrective actions in case of variances
•  Develop, implement and maintain functional test cases and automation test scripts
•  Definition and evolution of test plans, cases, matrix, and execution results analysis
•  Create/write test scripts for automated execution based on user stories and test cases
•  Co-own acceptance criteria for each story to ensure scope is sufficiently defined
•  Execute test scripts and identify variations from expected results


​Requirements

 

•  At least 3 years of experience in UI test automation development using Selenium (Java), Cucumber, Appium, Serenity or Cypress
•  Must-Have prior experiences as a QA Lead
•  Exposure to SoapUI and other testing tools
•  Experience with GIT, JIRA and JENKINS
•  Understanding of both API and UI testing
•  Experience with Performance testing
•  Scaling cross-browser and platform testing
•  Familiar with basic Linux usage
•  Experienced working within an Agile/Scrum environment
•  High degree of self-motivation and strong orientation toward teamwork
