conference overview

Singapore's Ministry of Manpower has recently tightened its foreign work pass requirements. This complimentary conference will give you the latest updates in work pass requirements and employment pass policy, how it has affected foreign talent manpower requisition in Singapore and changes to the Fair Consideration Framework that HR professionals need to take note of to avoid being placed on the negative watch list.

At the end of the session there will be a Q&A for the participants for you to ask any legal questions you may have on employment law be it work pass requirements, foreign talent manpower requisition or Fair Consideration Framework. This conference will be led by leading speakers from both the legal side as well as HR and Government side with prominent speakers from Singapore's top employment law firms, MNCs and agencies.
