About the Company
 

Our client is a leading provider of Integrated Facilities Management solutions (IFM), property management, operation and maintenance, specialized rail engineering works, sustainable solutions, and FM Consultancy services. 
 

About the Role
 

The Senior Manager will be assigned a set of IFM accounts and be responsible for the overall delivery of IFM services to the client including financial resource and performance management and reporting. 


He/ she will be pivotal in developing, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with the clients and other relevant stakeholders.

Leading a team of facilities managers, he/she will provide good leadership to deliver a seamless service, which is on time, to budget, and to agreed quality/service levels. To ensure that maintenance services' qualities are maintained at consistently high standards, clear and effective operational procedures are established. Process performances, objectives, and targets are being reviewed and enhanced regularly, complying with company and statutory requirements. Ensures QEHS policy is adhered to and takes an active role in driving the safety and wellbeing of team members. 

He/ she will also be a strategic thinker to implement innovations and best practices. The Senior
Manager will also proactively harness technology to meet Customers’ needs and be able to come up with or work with various departments to find solutions in the areas of digitalization, energy efficiency to differentiate from competitors and to value add to existing and new customers. 

The Senior Manager also works with the Business Development team to pursue new customers and retain existing customers through tenders or negotiation and be involved in the sales process.

Requirements

 


•    Minimum a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent with at least 5-8 years of relevant experience.

•    Experienced in managing multiple facilities and large teams 
•    Possess strategic and forward-thinking to deliver customer solutions that is in line with industry trends
•    Self-motivated and passionate 
•    Good business acumen
•    Good customer engagement skills 

•    Strong people skills to coach and drive performance, provide feedback, support, and leadership
