About the Role

 

• Increase Claris True's client base and build new client relationships across multinational companies and enterprises in Singapore
• Manage and retain relationships with existing clients
• Working closely with corporate clients to understand their critical hiring needs and deliver an in-depth knowledge of our business products and value proposition
• Identify and map our business strengths against client needs and research viable business opportunities
• Draft and review contracts and negotiate with major stakeholders
• Assist each client in job scoping by understanding their corporate culture, objectives and business structures
• Work with our recruitment consultants to manage candidates throughout the entire recruitment life cycle
• Independently manage day-to-day work schedule and sales pipeline to achieve KPIs and revenue targets

Experience Requirements

 

Senior Business Development Associates (Min 3 years of business development or sales experience)

Business Development Manager (Min 5 years of business development experience)

Other Requirements

• Ability to work independently with a high level of motivation and a positive mindset.
• Sales-oriented personality and a great self-motivator.
• Good experience in retaining existing clients and growing new clients.
• Drive to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good influencing skills
